Barre is based on elements of dance, ballet, yoga and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueler workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body.

Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. In a wonderful mix of dance including free weights and stretching, Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilising the barre.
