Gentle Pilates/Barre

A great way for you to get started on your fitness journey, or to do a class that will exercise every part of you but won’t leave you feeling exhausted. Pilates based, this class focusses on working from your core with control and thought. It has upright components, that are assisted by holding a barre, and so is a functional class for rehabilitation back to exercise.
