Hale Gym surpasses all other fitness experiences in Canberra. Hale members will be treated to leading-edge Technogym equipment in a non-intimidating, contemporary, sophisticated environment. Our team of expert personal trainers have developed unique training methods for your desired lifestyle results. Hale training programs can be accessed via the Hale Gym app exclusively for Hale Gym members.
Hale Gym onsite facilities includes group fitness classes, Pilates studio, spin/yoga/barre studio. Cardio equipment includes treadmills, Skillmills, Concept II rower, bikes, Vario Recline.
Strength/Free weights includes leg press, kneeling easy chin dip, step squat, kettle bells, shoulder press, lat machine, chest press, low row, power rack, dumbells, Kinesis one and stretch mats
