Method Boot Camp

We are taking the Hale Method outside. Our boot camp will include interval-based training using kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, dead balls, lifting bars, air bikes, rowers and more. With a focus on maintaining health and wellbeing along with enhancing your physical endurance, speed and strength. The Method Boot Camp will keep your body in its best condition.


  • 3x 45min sessions
  • Max 10 people per class
  • $69 per week
  • 4-week block
  • 4sqm workout area for each member
  • Monday – Wednesday – Friday OR
  • Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday
  • Class times from 7am-6pm
  • No contract
  • Free parking
  • Outdoor training located in the Brassey Hotel gardens
