Method Boot Camp
We are taking the Hale Method outside. Our boot camp will include interval-based training using kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, dead balls, lifting bars, air bikes, rowers and more. With a focus on maintaining health and wellbeing along with enhancing your physical endurance, speed and strength. The Method Boot Camp will keep your body in its best condition.
METHOD BOOT CAMP MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
- 3x 45min sessions
- Max 10 people per class
- $69 per week
- 4-week block
- 4sqm workout area for each member
- Monday – Wednesday – Friday OR
- Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday
- Class times from 7am-6pm
- No contract
- Free parking
- Outdoor training located in the Brassey Hotel gardens
- Starting Saturday 16 May 2020
