Postnatal Matclasses

For the woman who wants to get back into shape using an intelligent and informed method after the birth of her child.

The classes are designed to teach the postnatal mother about her body, and will use props and small apparatus such as weights, magic circles and foam rollers.  In addition to props, traditional and adapted Pilates matwork repertoire is included to the engage the core, strengthen and tone the upper and lower body, including pelvic floor.

The latest scientific information on postnatal training is shared, home exercises are given and important exercises such as Kegals are incorporated.
