PURE STRENGTH

The Pure Strength program will achieve increases in maximal strength as well as an increase in muscular size through two strength training days, and one metabolic conditioning day to lift work capacity and develop aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. Gym work will focus on strongman tools, barbells, kettle bells and machines.

  • Maximum of eight participants per session
  • PURE STRENGTH will increase maximal strength as well as an increase muscular size
  • 2x 60min strength training days
  • 1x 60min metabolic conditioning day
  • Access to Hale Gym
  • Access to infrared saunas, steam rooms, cave pool
  • Muscle building nutritional plans with recipes
  •  $75 per week
