SALLY ANDERSON AND LANETTE GAVRAN ARE TWO OF AUSTRALIA’S PREMIER PILATES INSTRUCTORS AND TEACHER TRAINERS WHO TEACH PILATES TO INSTRUCTORS AND CLIENTS BOTH NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.

Together in Canberra for a weekend they will provide you with a unique understanding of your posture and biomechanics, and pathways to health and wellness through movement. With this knowledge you will be led on a journey to understand how Pilates can best work for you to help you achieve your goals. Over the weekend, Sally and Lanette will instruct you through workshops and classes that will exercise the body as well as educate you. The information we will share with you includes the history, philosophy, principles and key concepts of Pilates that make it a unique but organic method of exercising the body.

In addition, you will learn how our bodies can move efficiently and with the best application to avoid injuries, pain or ill health. Your learning will then be applied to Pilates exercises on the mat and small apparatus, and then with the larger Pilates equipment.

If you wish to be completely absorbed for a weekend by Pilates or you wish to deepen your knowledge of the Pilates Method, this urbane retreat is for you.
